Hong Kong Art School Appoints Professor Man Kit Wah Eva as School Director
[Hong Kong – 1 January 2024] – The Hong Kong Art School (HKAS) is pleased to announce the appointment of Professor Eva Man Kit Wah as the Director of Hong Kong Art School with effect from 1 January 2024, following the departure of Mr. Louis Yu.
Professor Man brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her new role, particularly in the field of arts education. She is the Chair Professor of Humanities in the School of Arts and Social Sciences at the Hong Kong Metropolitan University and the Professor Emeritus at the Hong Kong Baptist University. She also serves as the Chairman of Hong Kong Arts Development Council’s Arts Criticism Group, a Co-opted Member of M+ Acquisitions Committee, WKCD, a member of the Board of Directors at Tai Kwun Arts Board, and a member of the Programme Committee at
Tai Kwun Culture and Arts Company Ltd.
