It is never too late for you to map out your Fine Art study plan this summer!

The application fee for our both Higher Diploma of  Arts and Bachelor of Arts (Fine Art) will be waived at the Information Day.

Programme Information Session

Our Fine Art programmes, namely Higher Diploma in Fine Art and Bachelor of Arts (Fine Art), are open to all who hope to begin studying fine art with studio practice or to further develop their art learning with an in-depth focus on studio practice. These information sessions will cover the programmes’ structure, features, admission requirements and progression pathways.

Alumni Sharing Session

Sharon will share her art study journey from Higher Diploma to Bachelor at the Hong Kong Art School, her artwork, and top tips on job opportunities related to art . She will also highlight significant milestones, challenges and lessons learned along the way. Her insight will be invaluable to aspiring artists or anyone interested in the art field.

HDFA Student Sharing Session

We are delighted to present a platform for our talented Higher Diploma students. These budding artists have dedicated themselves to exploring various art forms, experimenting, and pushing the boundaries of their creativity. You will gain a first-hand understanding of the passion and growth that our HDFA students have cultivated during their studies at HKAS.

HDFA Student Show Guided Tour

The HDFA Student Show Guided Tour will be led by the talented HDFA students themselves! In this unique section, our HDFA students will personally guide you through an exhibition of artistic insights, inspirations, and stories behind their captivating artworks. You will have the opportunity to engage directly with the artists and gain a deeper understanding of their creative process, techniques, and the concepts that drive their artistic endeavours.

“Some Stories” Exhibition Guided Tour

Titled “Some Stories”, this exhibition features a variety of works that includes photography, drawing, animation and video. Four alumni artists explore their shaping moments, either expressing their personal thoughts and states, or connect their personal experiences with the conditions of the times, presenting visual forms to their specific stories and the meaning. Please join the guided tour, the artists will personally guide you through the exhibition.

The Artists Demonstration section showcases the talent and creativity of esteemed lecturers and alumni-artists from the Hong Kong Art School. Through live demonstrations, these accomplished artists will provide you a glimpse into their artistic process, techniques, and unique perspectives. Get ready to be inspired as you witness the mastery of different art forms and gain valuable insights from successful artists who have honed their craft at our esteemed institution. This section offers a wonderful opportunity to learn, engage in, and appreciate the diverse artistic expressions of our alumni as they continue to contribute to the vibrant art scene in Hong Kong and beyond.

The programme corner welcomes you to visit and learn more about our courses and academic information from our colleagues. Those interested in enrolling in the Higher Diploma in Art and Bachelor of Arts (Fine Art) programmes can also apply on-site.
